About Time2Train

Time2Train’s philosophy is that everyone has the ability to achieve their potential given the correct information, tools and encouragement.  The company was established in 2005 as a result of Claire’s 15 year passion for health and fitness.  After spending over 10 years working in the marketing industry trying to manage her work/life balance effectively Claire decided to turn her favourite pastime of physical exercise into a successful business helping other people change their lifestyle.

With Time2Train, clients are trained either in the home, office, park or other suitable venue. 

Every client receives a full package of support and information including personalised programmes to address specific problems areas, nutritional analysis and weekly targets to help maintain focus.

When Time2Train visit a client they offer a convenient and time efficient way for them to achieve a greater level of fitness and a healthier lifestyle.  It is fully appreciated that clients are juggling their work and family life, and time is precious!

Time2Train offer specialised packages depending on clients specific needs.  Whether they are preparing for an important event such as a marriage or entering a race for charity or completing their first Triathlon Time2Train will ensure that despite a hectic schedule, the focus remains on getting results in time for the big day.

All the equipment is provided and clients are always surprised at how little space is required to achieve a full and challenging workout.  Time2Train focus on ensuring that every workout is fun, inventive and is based on activities that clients enjoy doing.

Time2Train work with a wide range of clients all of whom have different goals and objectives, every client is unique and requires a different level of stimulus and support to help them achieve their goals.
