Why use a Personal Trainer?

Personal training is a great way to focus your full attention on your body and health and acheive the results that you want in the most time efficient and safe way.  Many people argue that they can train themselves and ask why waste money on a trainer? For those people out there that have the motivation, drive, commitment, focus and knowledge to train themselves and achieve great results, it is a fantastic achievement and skill to have.  However, for the vast majority of the population getting fit and maintaining motivation is hard to achieve without support and encouragement along the way.

Before starting out on a new fitness programme Time2Train will take time to establish exactly what each client wants to achieve and set a realistic plan in motion for reaching that goal.  Full health and lifestyle questionnaires are completed and discussed along with a medical history check to establish if there are any underlying issues that may need to be checked out with a GP prior to commencing exercise.  We establish what activities each client enjoys doing and why they are embarking on making the life changing decision of improving their health and wellbeing.  This information is then used to build a unique client programme.
